About the project
OntoPortal (formerly known as the NCBO Virtual Appliance or BioPortal Virtual Appliance) is the community-maintained distribution of the BioPortal software (from the Stanford Center for Biomedical Informatics Research). The OntoPortal Alliance is the community that maintains this software.
